Many years on, in , and after further fundraising, assistance from community groups and organisations and the much needed community backing, Arana expanded and upgraded to the current Club that stands today. The Football Club relocated its Clubhouse to a standalone building along side the main Club but their union today still stands strong. These people had a dream and a vision to see their club as one of the biggest and best sports and social clubs to not only develop youth in sport, but to support the local community.

Located next to the main playing field the extension of the first floor will provide a space that is proposed to be enclosed with glass walls and a mezzanine level also constructed.

The frontage of the clubhouse will receive a facelift, with improved access to the clubhouse provided for pedestrians, via a new entrance plaza and drop off facility. The articulation of the built form will reduce the apparent bulk and scale of the building.
