A warrior tank can spell reflect all the bolts, and the entire group can just DPS the boss. Its a easy boss when you go in solo, but as a multiboxer I've found it crazy hard no good way to DPS the adds since only 1 person can target em. The water boss is also crazy hard, one strat is to pull the red switches every time he "splits up" but I just can't do this by myself, they are too spread apart and just running from one to the other ends up with a few people dead.
No clue what to do on him in heroic. The ethereal boss is supposed to be kited along the top, across left to right, but dunno how feasible it is alone only done it in a pug and I was tank, was easy. You just have to kite him so the adds don't come close and the boss is out of LoS of the adds. Disclaimer: I've only tried this a couple times on heroic and only seen the last boss once.
If I wipe after the first boss, generally on the second boss, I leave. Any instance that takes a complete reset on a wipe is bad design in my opinion. I find the water elemental easier on heroic than I did on regular but I'm pretty well geared now. Anyhow, I run my whole crew up the stairs towards the entrance and park my shammies just to the right and back them up to the little ledge so they don't get thrown and then tank the elemental in the doorway.
Some of the little elementals I get, some I don't, but it works pretty well in the end. The voidwalker boss I've only gotten once and just tried to dps race him.
